★ 具備出色的溝通能力和問題解決能力
★ 能夠熟練使用電腦及辦公軟體
★ 對服務客戶充滿熱情,具備耐心與細心
★ 擁有客服或相關領域的經驗者優先
——— 職務內容 ———
1. 解決買賣家於智取門市所衍生之相關問題
2. 引導買賣家操作系統,或是協助辨識異常情況,進一步追蹤處理。
3. 了解買賣家需求,反應智取門市服務的建議於相關部門進行改善。
4. 針對爭議案件啟動調查流程,追蹤進度並妥善處理。

。早班:08:30-17:30
。晚班:14:30-23:30(額外津貼 $250/天)
。夜班:23:30-08:30(額外津貼 $400/天)
