職務描述

Job description
1.Planand promote the implementation of occupational safety and health management plan/environmental target plan and guide the implementation of each warehouse.
2. Establish and operate ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management system related matters.
3. BCP promotes data collection and integration of each warehouse.
4. Fire drill data collection and integration in each warehouse.
5. Declaration of occupational safety organizations in each warehouse.
6. Collection and review of monthly automatic checklists for environmental, safety and health data.
7. Contractor-related safety and health management.
8. Inspection and inspection of safety and health facilities and personal protective equipment (PPE).
9. Establish, revise and implement project-related safety and health policies, plans, procedures and standards.
10. Formulate various safety and health management measures.
11. Statistics and declaration information related to occupational diseases and occupational accidents.
12. Check the safety of mechanical devices or equipment.
13. Carry out occupational safety/health education and training in each warehouse.
14. Preparation and reporting of internal and external safety and health audits.
15. Assist each warehouse to inspect and improve matters.
職務說明
1.規劃及推動職業安全健康管理計畫/環境目標計畫推行並指導各倉實施。
2.建置及運作ISO 14001、ISO 45001管理系統相關事項。
3.BCP推行資料收集與各倉整合。
4.消防演練資料收集與各倉整合。
5.各倉職安(甲種)組織申報。
6.環安衛資料每月自動檢查表收集與審視。
7.承攬商相關安全衛生之管理。
8.安全衛生設施及個人防護具PPE之檢點、檢查。
9.建立、修訂及執行專案相關安全衛生政策、計畫、程序書及標準。
10.擬定各項安全健康管理辦法。
11.職業疾病、職災有關的統計與申報資料。
12.檢視機械裝置或設備安全。
13.執行各倉職業安全/健康教育訓練。
14.內外部安全健康稽核準備與報告。
15.協助各倉勞動檢查改善事項。
Working conditions
1.Educational background: University graduate or above.
2.Work experience: more than 5 years.
3.Possess licenses:乙級Class B occupational safety and health administrator/environmental protection license preferred.
4. Good at tools: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word.
5. Language requirements: English (reading and writing are acceptable).
6. Work skills: Occupational safety and health-related laws and regulations, assisting in ISO safety and health-related certification work, planning and implementing operating environment monitoring in each warehouse, and formulating safety and health management regulations and work codes.
7. Other requirements: Highly resistant to stress and enthusiastic about service, careful, patient and responsible.
8. Work location: Dayuan District, Taoyuan City.
