【Job Description】: ◾ Be responsible for sourcing, talent mapping, and interviewing candidates for our clients ◾ Provide a professional and solutions-based consultancy service to candidates and clients ◾ Be a recruitment business partner with your clients and help candidates to find a good job ◾ Actively promote yourself and the Company's business to the market and clients ◾ Conduct missions or plans assigned by your manager or director ◾ Business development and discuss recruitment needs with clients (Consultant Need/ Researcher No Need) 【Job Requirements】: ◾ Bachelor’s degree with an intern or over 1-year of working experience ◾ Hard-working and enjoy a sales-driven related job, and can be a team player ◾ Experienced or interested in business development ◾ Able to work under pressure with strong time management skills ◾ Good communication skills in both English & Mandarin ◾ Passion for the recruitment industry ◾ Experience in Sales/BD Manager in the Tech industry (Software/System/Semiconductor) or Headhunter is preferred
